How can I send the defect product back to you?

Send us a mail to [email protected] with all possible details related to the order and the defect product. If eligible, we will email you collection shipment label from our courier partner. Pack the defect product alone with order details and hand-over the box to our shipping partner. If eligible, a refund or a replacement will be issued to you within 2 - 4 working days once we receive your shipment.
