Do you allow cancellation?

Under normal circumstances, we do not permit cancellation once the order is placed. However, if the order you received is damaged or expired product, we might send you a replacement if the product(s) is available. If there is no enough stock with us, we will issue a 100% refund.

If the order could not be delivered to you by our courier partner for reasons such as: Incorrect contact details, Incorrect delivery address, we will be charging the delivery charges for the return and only the balance will be refunded. The refund will be issued once we receive the order back from the courier partner. Please ensure you provide correct delivery address and mobile number while ordering.
